The technologies related to the Smart City allow conscious choices to be made at the level of urban planning.

Strategic BIM is a startup launched with the aim of revolutionizing real estate management activities. The young company has developed a technology that allows all buildings to be managed remotely, simplifying digital control and making all processes more efficient. The startup participated in the Turin Cities of the Future Techstars Accelerator program which allowed it to realize commercial opportunities to grow its business.
